The Problem - How do you measure your leaders and managers current human skills effectively?

A critical outcome in the leader/manager workshop is to measure each participants current leadership skills through self assessment academic surveys (not just their personalities or psychometrics). This method creates self awareness, without it leaders and managers can not use cognitive thought process to support their personal development.

This workshop educates leader/managers to look deep into their emotional intelligence and communicate effectively to achieve common goals.

 

We also identify employee behaviours, how to measure skills V attitude and the connection implications to organisational culture,

We Identify the  different leadership styles, the benefits and advantages and discuss the cons of each style along with the myths associated with perceived leadership.
